About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate defective materials and support failure analysis processes
- Develop and execute measurement programs for CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Perform equipment verification, including CMM pins and other tools
- Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and measuring microscopes
- Analyze blueprints and technical drawings (DRWs) to determine acceptance criteria
- Coordinate sorting activities and maintain material on hold status
- Perform timely SAP transactions related to quality and material management
Requirements
- Experience in failure analysis and metrology
- Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications
- Experience with SAP transactions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Availability to work in a 3-shift rotation
