Metro Potentials Trainee Programme

Responsibilities

• Complete a Makro Store Assignment to understand business operations from the ground up
• Participate in a Metro Head Office Experience in Lisbon to gain cross-functional skills
• Undertake a 5-month international assignment at a METRO entity abroad
• Own and execute specific projects during each phase of the programme
• Collaborate with an international community of trainees and seasoned leaders

Requirements

• Recently obtained university degree
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to work abroad for 5 months
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Natural leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset
