Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1.5-year management development program
• Learn business operations within a global context
• Undergo 4 months of training abroad
• Develop cross-departmental collaboration skills through rotations in the warehouse and headquarters
• Prepare for a managerial position upon successful completion of the program

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in business or trade
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience
• Analytical skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ambition and potential to lead teams
• Fluency in English and Polish
