Metrics Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to identify business needs and reporting priorities
• Collect, validate, and interpret data related to maintenance, readiness, and personnel training
• Develop qualitative and quantitative reports, charts, and dashboards to support management decisions
• Use SQL, Access, and SharePoint to support data collection and process improvement
• Identify and streamline redundant data calls and manual spreadsheet-based workflows
• Prepare and present high-level PowerPoint briefings for senior leadership and stakeholder working groups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, analysis, or a related field (or equivalent military/commercial experience)
• Three years of experience in business management and analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, SharePoint, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level PowerPoint briefings
• Active Secret security clearance
• Ability to work onsite in Mayport, FL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Navy, Marine Corps, DoD, or shipboard readiness environments
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate
• Experience with operational metrics and process improvement
