Methods Technician

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and improvement of products
• Follow prototype production and propose technical solutions considering industrial constraints
• Propose future production means and justify investment requests
• Design equipment and create technical specifications
• Define part flows and adapt storage methods
• Implement production means and analyze assembly times
• Propose work organization models, such as takt time application
• Update system databases and manage SAP settings
• Improve productivity, manufacturing processes, and working conditions
• Lead project groups, communicate, and plan activities

Requirements

• BTS/DUT degree in mechanics or electrotechnics
• Ideally, previous experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to react effectively in urgent situations
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP
