Methods Technician

Responsibilities

• Define, structure, and improve production methods
• Create manufacturing sequences and associated CAD supports
• Design and produce tooling plans required for production
• Establish operating times and manufacturing phases in alignment with costing data
• Ensure the update and monitoring of technical files (ERP, documentation, archiving)

Requirements

• Bac +2 / Bac +3 in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or industrial production management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an aeronautical environment, ideally in sheet metal or boilermaking
• Proficiency with CATIA V5 and ERP systems
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes related to sheet metal
• Strong analytical skills and ability to propose adapted solutions
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize actions in a fast-paced environment
