Methods Technician

Responsibilities

• Industrialize product definitions by analyzing 3D models for manufacturability and compliance
• Identify definition gaps and collaborate with Design Offices for resolution
• Structure production data according to assembly and mounting logic
• Elaborate industrial deliverables including manufacturing BOMs, assembly sequences, and Technical Delivery Specifications (STL)
• Write work instructions, assembly sheets, and associated reports
• Define and monitor manufacturing tooling requirements
• Manage industrialization of evolutions and configuration management updates
• Update industrial data to ensure production process continuity

Requirements

• Bac+2/3 degree in mechanical engineering
• Previous experience in methods, ideally within the aeronautics sector
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 or V6
• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX, VPM, PLM V6)
• Ability to write manufacturing sequences and assembly BOMs
• Understanding of assembly line operation sequencing
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous work ethic
