Methods Technician

Responsibilities

• Industrialize 3D definitions by analyzing completeness and manufacturability
• Detect definition anomalies and coordinate with Design Offices for corrections
• Organize production data according to assembly or workshop mounting logic
• Create production nomenclatures, assembly sequences, and Technical Delivery Specifications (STL)
• Write assembly/mounting instruction sheets and associated reports
• Draft requests for tooling required for product manufacturing
• Participate in industrialization validation
• Industrialize spare parts and definition evolutions related to program configuration management

Requirements

• Bac+2/3 degree in mechanical engineering
• Previous experience in methods, ideally within the aeronautics sector
• Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6, 3DX, VPM, or PLMV6
• Ability to write manufacturing and assembly sequences
• Ability to create assembly nomenclatures
• Strong rigor, organization, and autonomy
• Ability to work harmoniously with design, quality, and workshop teams
• Must be able to obtain defense clearance
