Methods Technician

Responsibilities

• Industrialize 3D definitions by analyzing completeness and manufacturability
• Detect definition anomalies and coordinate corrections with Design Offices
• Organize production data according to assembly or workshop mounting logic
• Create production nomenclatures, assembly sequences, and Technical Delivery Specifications (STL)
• Write assembly/mounting instruction sheets and associated reports
• Draft requests for tooling required for product manufacturing
• Participate in industrialization validation
• Industrialize spare parts and manage configuration changes

Requirements

• Bac +2/3 degree (BTS, professional license, or equivalent) in mechanical production or design
• Previous internship experience in a methods department
• Experience in the aeronautics sector is a plus
• Proficiency with CATIA V5/V6, 3DX, VPM, and PLMV6
• Rigorous, organized, and curious mindset
• Ability to work harmoniously with design, quality, and workshop teams
