Methods Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Analyze and update maintenance procedures and operational ranges based on field feedback.
• Propose technical, organizational, and safety improvements for maintenance processes, including cost estimation.
• Draft and optimize technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Design and study technical solutions, including tooling and technical adaptations for the site.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing contract performance indicators.
• Participate in root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys) and define corrective action plans.
• Develop and optimize digital tools for planning, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Support intervention preparation by defining technical and human resources and participating in site works.

Requirements

• Engineering student or equivalent training with a focus on methods, industrial maintenance, or mechanics.
• Seeking a 6-month end-of-studies internship.
• Strong interest in field work and demanding industrial environments.
• Analytical mindset, technical rigor, and excellent writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, VBA, and Macros.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and propose pragmatic solutions.
