About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the industrialization planning for various projects.
- Design, develop, and implement tools and means necessary for the industrialization of new products.
- Present and defend investment dossiers to management, including budget, ROI, and techno-economic analyses.
- Propose and deploy process improvements and evolutions for production means.
- Define technical specifications for industrial equipment and act as the technical interface for suppliers.
- Provide technical assistance to production sites and support industrial startup phases.
- Participate in operator training during equipment installation and commissioning.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, with a specialization in materials or thermal treatment.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in methods or industrialization engineering.
- Strong knowledge of thermal treatment processes, including induction and conduction.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (CAD) and quality tools (FMEA, capability).
- Hands-on experience with Siemens CNC machines and Fanuc robots.
- English proficiency at a B1 level for technical documentation and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
