Methods Engineer

Responsibilities

• Adapt and optimize production processes for boilermaking, fitting, and assembly workshops
• Create and update technical documentation including assembly plans, instruction sheets, and manufacturing sequences
• Analyze technical modifications and their impact on production processes
• Provide field support to operators through training and troubleshooting
• Optimize production flows to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Conduct feasibility studies (MAKE or BUY) and design internal tooling
• Manage project deliverables and report on progress to international teams

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanics, industrialization, or industrial engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrialization, methods, or production
• Experience in the railway, aerospace, or automotive sectors
• Proficiency in technical modification management and documentation writing
• Experience with CATIA V5 or 3D Experience
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel
