Methods Engineer

Responsibilities

• Pilot the implementation of industrial means (supplier monitoring, coordination of works, reception of equipment)
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational safety
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, AMDEC Process, PDCA, QRQC)
• Write and update technical documentation and production standards (GANT tasks, instruction sheets, BOM)
• Support production teams in resolving daily issues and improving performance
• Monitor and improve industrial performance and yield indicators

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering
• First experience as a Methods/Process Engineer
• Knowledge of industrial methodologies (AMDEC, QRQC, PDCA, 5S)
• Understanding of industrial performance indicators (OEE, yield, quality)
• Ability to read and understand technical documents
• Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the railway, automotive, aeronautical, or manufacturing sectors
