About the role
Responsibilities
- Support production teams in resolving non-conformities
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve industrial performance through manufacturing processes and line balancing
- Identify and analyze operational dysfunctions
- Lead large-scale improvement projects including innovation and line robotization
- Draft technical specifications and manage supplier relations
Requirements
- Engineering degree in methods, industrialization, or continuous improvement
- Experience resolving non-conformities in a production environment
- Experience in improving manufacturing cycle times
- Minimum Bac+5 level (Master's degree or Engineering school)
- Initial experience in an industrial production environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy
