Methods Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create assembly sequences, instruction sheets, and industrialization processes
• Identify and launch necessary resources including tooling, time, deadlines, and supplies
• Provide support and relay information to the production department
• Implement technical and organizational improvements throughout the product cycle

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical or industrial engineering
• Significant initial experience in manufacturing and methods within an industrial environment
• Proficiency in manufacturing engineering (industrialization, assembly sequences)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies
• Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CATIA V5 CAD software
