Methods Design Office Engineer

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze architectural, structural, and trade guide plans and documents
• Produce CAD drawings (layout, marking, and detail plans) complying with standards and technical opinions
• Coordinate interfaces between trades and attend technical meetings with architects and contractors
• Establish material quantity surveys and cost estimates
• Maintain and expand the library of construction elements
• Validate execution plans with the works supervisor before distribution
• Distribute and track document approvals (architect visas, control office sign-offs)

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Civil Engineering or Building Envelope
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and analytical mindset
• Team-oriented with a curious and dynamic attitude
