Methods Design Office Engineer

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze architectural, structural, and trade plans along with written tender documents
• Produce layout, marking, and detail plans using CAD software in compliance with standards and technical guidelines
• Coordinate interfaces between trades and attend technical meetings with architects and contractors
• Establish quantity surveys and estimates for material requirements
• Maintain and complete the library of constructive elements
• Obtain validation of execution plans from the works supervisor before distribution
• Track and manage document approvals including architect visas and control office sign-offs

Requirements

• Preparing a Bac+2 to Bac+3 qualification in Civil Engineering or Building Envelope
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and analytical ability
• Team-oriented with a curious and dynamic mindset
• Motivated to work on large-scale projects with career progression opportunities
