About the Company

FASTE, a subsidiary of SMAC based in Lisses, specializes in building envelope services, providing custom solutions in roofing, cladding, waterproofing, locksmithing/metalwork, as well as timber framing and wall structures.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze architectural, structural, and support plans (heavy masonry, framing, etc.)
• Analyze technical documents such as quotes, CCTP, and DPGF
• Use CAD software to produce layout, identification, and detail plans in compliance with standards and DTU
• Manage technical interfaces between different trades and participate in meetings with architects
• Establish material quantity estimates and needs
• Maintain and update the constructive elements library
• Validate execution plans with site managers before distribution
• Follow up on document validations (architect visas, control offices)

Requirements

• Preparing for a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in Civil Engineering or Building Envelope
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset
• Rigorous and detail-oriented
• Team player with a curious and dynamic nature
