Responsibilities

• Pilot the planning of resource deployment (creation, monitoring, alerts, and recovery plans)
• Organize operational deployment (resource preparation, shopfloor animation, team training, and installation validation)
• Ensure reporting and KPI monitoring (dashboard updates, automation, and transfer to series teams)
• Contribute to continuous process improvement (planning, deployment, reporting, and resource optimization)
• Maintain and deploy IT solutions (update monitoring, workshop implementation, and technical support)
• Manage project documentation and databases (creation, updates, and archiving on Google Drive)

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (Bac +2, 3, or 5) or Engineering School graduate
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management or methods
• Experience in the transport industrial sector is ideal
• Proficiency in SAP
• Lean Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in Google environment
