Methods Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot the deployment planning of resources, including creation, monitoring, alerts, and recovery plans
• Organize operational deployment through resource preparation, shopfloor animation, team training, and installation validation
• Ensure reporting and KPI tracking by updating dashboards, automating processes, and transferring data to production teams
• Contribute to continuous process improvement regarding planning, deployment, reporting, and resource optimization
• Maintain and deploy IT solutions, including update monitoring, workshop implementation, and technical support
• Manage project documentation and databases via creation, updates, and archiving on Google Drive

Requirements

• Degree (Bac +2, 3, or 5) in Industrial Engineering or from an Engineering School
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management or methods, ideally within the transport sector
• Proficiency in SAP
• Lean Green Belt certification
• Experience working within a Google environment
