Methods and Industrialization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and improve industrial processes by analyzing production needs and creating optimized assembly sequences
• Support production teams by providing technical solutions to workshop issues
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce production cycles and minimize costs
• Participate in the digitalization and automation of assembly processes
• Supervise the creation and update of technical documentation including BOMs and assembly plans
• Act as a facilitator between production, quality, and engineering departments

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or Methods/Production
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in aerospace or automotive
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Knowledge of production environments
• Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
