About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and improve industrial processes by analyzing production needs and creating optimized assembly sequences
- Support production teams by providing technical solutions to workshop issues
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce production cycles and minimize costs
- Participate in the digitalization and automation of assembly processes
- Supervise the creation and update of technical documentation including BOMs and assembly plans
- Act as a facilitator between production, quality, and engineering departments
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or Methods/Production
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in aerospace or automotive
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Knowledge of production environments
- Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)

- Experience in aerospace or automotive sectors
