About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot the implementation of industrial means (supplier monitoring, coordination of works, reception of equipment)
- Provide technical and organizational improvements (writing manufacturing processes, line balancing, GANTT, assembly stations)
- Lead continuous improvement projects such as KAIZEN, 5S, and AMDEC
- Provide daily assistance to production
- Monitor and improve performance indicators
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering or University
- Initial experience in mechanical engineering
- Mastery of industrial methodologies (AMDEC, QRQC, PDCA, 5S)
- Ability to use English in a professional environment
- Team spirit and curiosity
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CATIA V5
- Knowledge of GANTT Project, MS Project, or SAP
