About the role
Responsibilities
- Validate and maintain assembly manuals and manufacturing process sheets for aerospace electrical harness fabrication
- Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve assembly strategies and manufacturing processes for electrical components
- Define and select required tooling for the fabrication of harnesses and subassemblies
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes in collaboration with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Production teams
- Provide technical support to production by leading the resolution of technical issues with cross-functional teams
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in R&D activities
- Develop and modify electrical test procedures in NETS (DIT-MCO) to validate component integrity
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in aerospace Manufacturing/Configuration Methods Engineering or Automotive Product Engineering
- Educational background in Aeronautical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical engineering
- Practical knowledge of Electrical Harness Manufacturing
- Proficiency with tools such as Catia V5, SAP, Mentor Graphics, DITMCO, or Office 365
- Intermediate technical and business English communication skills
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
