About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement projects including SMED, 5S, cadence optimization, and TPM deployment
- Implement and ensure compliance with ZAP standards
- Provide functional monitoring for methods, including press surveillance and production tracking
- Update and design 3D tool plans to improve production reliability and performance
Requirements
- Currently preparing for a BTS or DUT in industrial drawing
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, or Materials Science is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand stamping processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work on the production floor in a high-cadence environment
