Metals Sales and Execution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external metal flows across all Marex order platforms, including base, ferrous, foreign exchange, and precious metals.
• Execute, book, and manually recap new trades.
• Manage market risk for the Metals product set within defined risk limits and group appetite.
• Reconcile client and internal flows to ensure all book positions are validated for handover to the London team.
• Collaborate with global sales and broking functions to originate hedging solutions and expand the Metals client base in Asia.
• Ensure strict compliance with local regulatory requirements and the company’s operational risk framework.
• Escalate risk events immediately and adhere to the Marex Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Proven experience in futures dealing.
• Strong working knowledge of financial futures markets.
• Experience working within a professional trading environment.
• Experience operating within a regulated environment, including knowledge of associated risk and compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail and a collaborative, "team-first" mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the metals business.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a global team.
