Metallurgist

Responsibilities

• Execute metallurgical tests according to established procedures and instructions
• Verify equipment calibration and operability, including necessary quality controls
• Identify non-conformities or opportunities for improvement
• Maintain laboratory order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
• Schedule work based on project priorities
• Report necessary data and information for result evaluation in established records
• Participate in the development of new analysis techniques or methods

Requirements

• Metallurgical Technician or Bachelor in Metallurgical Engineering
• 2 years of experience in flotation testing
• Basic English
• Intermediate Microsoft Office
• Good communication and sense of urgency regarding results
