Metal Testing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform metal material testing and inspection
• Execute specimen pre-treatment including cutting, thinning, and mounting
• Conduct physical testing such as bending, flattening, impact, hardness, and tensile strength
• Operate chemical testing, cyclic corrosion, acid rain, and salt spray testing equipment and issue reports
• Perform on-site pull tests at designated outdoor locations as required
• Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and ensure accurate, timely reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
• Ability to lift heavy objects and maintain good physical stamina
• Basic computer skills and ability to work overtime
• Valid driver's license for small vehicles
• Basic English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in metal or metallurgical material analysis
• Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive full training
