Messaging Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the operating status, functionality, and message profile support for Army Intelligence messaging solutions
• Maintain responsibility for the configuration, monitoring, and integration of messaging solutions including ICI, AIDP, M3, and MPS
• Conduct profile management using Multimedia Message Manager (M3) and monitor message traffic for anomalies
• Create, analyze, and review standard operating procedures and other system documentation
• Coordinate messaging and application-related issues with 24/7 GISA and IEMO
• Verify that hosted message traffic is authorized and compliant with IC/Security Markings Program standards
• Support foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination operations
• Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
• 2 years experience using Multimedia Message Manager (M3) and profile management
• Experience in foreign disclosure or intelligence dissemination
• Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 days
• Senior level requires 4 years of experience leading a team in intelligence planning, collection, or analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Associates degree with 7 years of intelligence experience or High School Diploma with 9 years of intelligence experience
