MES Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute technical projects for TRUMPF's proprietary Industry 4.0 software solutions at customer sites
• Provide consulting, training, and support to national and international customers regarding software integration into existing IT infrastructures
• Act as a technical expert for industrial production networking, software systems, and network administration
• Deliver worldwide first- and second-level support for TRUMPF software solution users
• Collaborate with software development teams as a liaison between customers and developers to influence product evolution

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Computer Science
• Professional experience in network administration or application consulting is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 50% - 60% per month)
• Valid Class B driver's license is mandatory
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
• Customer-oriented mindset with high flexibility and engagement
