MES Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform MES Rockwell (PharmaSuite) recipe authoring and software development
• Troubleshoot plant floor MES execution and business system integration issues
• Develop, review, and execute qualification test plans and validation documentation
• Implement production tech transfer requirements into automation IT systems
• Document system changes, incidents, and deviations using ServiceNow and Veeva Quality Systems
• Participate in an after-hours on-call support rotation (at least one week per month)
• Contribute to the development of reporting, production analysis, and batch review tools

Requirements

• BS/MS in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in an engineering or automation environment
• Proven ability to plan and perform testing, including documenting test conditions and expected results
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict schedule deadlines in a GMP environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with MES Recipe Authoring
• Experience with Rockwell PharmaSuite MES
