MES Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Perform technical analysis, requirements gathering, and gap analysis
• Support MES solution architectures and develop detailed design specifications
• Define functional requirements through client interviews and process mapping
• Manage and report on adjustments to project scope, schedule, and issues
• Work with IT personnel to define and socialize MES strategy for hardware and software systems
• Collaborate with plant personnel, IT teams, and vendors to meet operational needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of IT experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial software services functions
• Minimum 4 years of experience designing or implementing MES applications
• Experience designing or implementing MES traceability and quality applications
• Proficiency with one or more systems: Red Viking Argonaut, Ignition, SAP, Oracle, Siemens, or Allen Bradley
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% locally and internationally
