About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Perform technical analysis, requirements gathering, and gap analysis
- Define functional requirements through client interviews and process mapping
- Support MES solution architectures and assist customers in developing detailed design specifications
- Manage and report on adjustments to scope, schedule, and issues
- Work with IT personnel to define and socialize MES strategy for hardware and software systems
- Engage with plant personnel, IT team members, and vendors to meet MES needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of IT experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial software services functions
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing or implementing MES applications
- Experience designing or implementing MES traceability and quality applications
- Experience with Red Viking Argonaut, Ignition, SAP, Oracle, Siemens, or Allen Bradley
- Ability to travel up to 50% locally and internationally
- Fluency in English
