About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver customized coaching and consulting to Financial Advisor Practices to drive effectiveness and business impact.
  • Facilitate high-value peer communities and teambuilding experiences using proprietary frameworks and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Market Executives to support local programming and champion the adoption of key firm strategies.
  • Expand outreach to advisors by providing education on programs, workshops, and practice management tools.
  • Collaborate with fellow Performance Coaches on enterprise projects, peer group facilitation, and emerging priorities.
  • Conduct research and develop practical coaching content, tools, and programs to improve team execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of coaching and consulting experience.
  • Deep understanding of wealth management, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge.
  • Proven experience coaching senior leaders within a results-driven, sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of practice management, including client acquisition, teaming, and advisor productivity.
  • Ability to travel at least 40%.
  • Must possess SIE and Series 7 certifications, or be able to obtain them within 120 days.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing business results both individually and at scale.
  • Expertise in conducting root cause analysis to recommend appropriate organizational interventions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience presenting to and facilitating large audiences ranging from small groups to several hundred participants.
