Mergers & Acquisitions Growth Leader

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, grow, and build the production and pipeline of the Transactional Risk business within the M&A team.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with law firms and financial sponsors.
• Provide directional management, including financial and operational responsibility, while adhering to Group standards.
• Identify and convert prospects by building strong client and insurer relationships.
• Facilitate M&A initiatives and support innovation within the Finex Group.
• Deliver bespoke insurance solutions and optimize revenue through various placement channels and markets.
• Lead the preparation of regular reports and analysis for M&A and Corporate Risk and Broking leadership.

Requirements

• Educated to a degree or MBA level (or country equivalent).
• Professional experience working with lawyers, financial sponsors, or within M&A.
• Proven business development skills, specifically in identifying and managing opportunities from law firms.
• High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
