Merchant Services Portfolio Program Director - Payments - Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of segment and vertical strategies for SMB and Middle Market segments.
• Drive growth initiatives and implement specialized solutions to reduce expenses and maximize revenue.
• Identify opportunities for business optimization, including process improvements and digital enablement.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Optimize revenue drivers through effective pricing strategies and business opportunity management.
• Oversee the implementation of programs and manage cross-functional resources across sales, product, and operations.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to enhance merchant offerings and expand market reach.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations while monitoring business performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in merchant services, payments, or financial services, with a focus on strategy and business development.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, merchant needs, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies and revenue optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA degree.
