Merchant Risk Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze key merchants, high-risk merchants, and complex cases to develop risk management strategies
• Conduct data analysis, document verification, and offline visits to evaluate merchant authenticity and compliance
• Design and build data and operations modules, including process design, standard formulation, and platform development
• Summarize business patterns and risk characteristics to build risk case databases and knowledge documentation
• Collaborate with departments to drive the iteration and development of merchant risk management tools

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk investigation, due diligence, or on-site investigation within payment or financial industries
• Proficiency in merchant risk investigation skills, observation, and judgment
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities to identify risk signals
• Fluency in both Chinese and English for business communication (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work under high pressure in complex environments
