Merchant Risk & Fraud Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and approve merchant and sales representative applications based on established compliance standards and admission criteria
• Monitor post-admission merchant status, conduct periodic risk reviews, and manage suspensions or terminations
• Oversee anti-fraud cases from intake to closure, ensuring SLA compliance and proper documentation
• Conduct QC inspections on investigation reports, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements
• Partner with sales, investigation, and customer service teams to implement anti-fraud measures and resolve operational challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in Mandarin (HSK 4 or equivalent) for corporate communication and reporting
• 1+ year of experience in offline credit anti-fraud, merchant admission, or investigation support
• Strong analytical skills with a keen sense of risk identification and professional report writing
• Ability to work fully onsite in South Jakarta (Cyber 2 Tower, Kuningan)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer finance, licensed lending, or bank credit card fraud operations within Southeast Asia
• Familiarity with digital forensic tools or data analytics platforms for risk management
