Responsibilities
- Support merchant onboarding including documentation, setup, and basic training
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and basic merchant inquiries
- Assist in tracking activation status and onboarding progress
- Ensure accurate data entry and system updates
- Follow SOPs to ensure process compliance and consistency
- Escalate issues or delays to senior team members
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of operations or customer service processes
- Experience in operations, customer support, or payments/POS is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience are welcome
