Merchant Operations Executive

Backed by Ant International, EPOS is a leading Point-of-Sale (POS) digital solutions provider. Serving as the central hub of Antom, EPOS delivers integrated O2O digital, payment, and banking solutions to SMEs worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational activities including merchant onboarding, inventory management, and logistics coordination
• Coordinate with suppliers, merchants, 3PL providers, and warehouses to oversee shipment schedules and merchant activation
• Handle operational transactions and documentation through ERP/WMS systems
• Monitor inventory performance, stock accuracy, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Provide day-to-day support for merchants by troubleshooting operational issues and managing inquiries
• Conduct regular audits, stock takes, reconciliations, and compliance checks
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams to support business growth

Requirements

• Diploma qualification
• 2-3 years of experience in operations or customer support
• Experience using WMS systems and handling operational documentation
• Experience working with operational data and KPI tracking
• Hands-on experience with merchant onboarding and stock reconciliation
• Proficiency in Mandarin
• Eligible to work in Malaysia
• Experience in the POS domain is a plus
