EPOS serves as the central hub of Antom, delivering integrated O2O digital, payment, and banking solutions to SMEs worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding, including documentation, setup, and training
- Ensure smooth activation and support merchants through their initial journey
- Handle day-to-day merchant inquiries related to transactions, settlements, and system usage
- Monitor merchant performance and activity, and drive reactivation where needed
- Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Finance, Logistics) for resolution
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and merchant experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in operations, customer support, or payments/POS is a plus
- Comfortable working with data and tracking performance metrics
- Experience in onboarding merchants
