Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding, including documentation, setup, and training
  • Ensure smooth activation and support merchants through their initial journey
  • Handle day-to-day merchant inquiries related to transactions, settlements, and system usage
  • Monitor merchant performance and activity, and drive reactivation where needed
  • Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Finance, Logistics) for resolution
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and merchant experience

Requirements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in operations, customer support, or payments/POS is a plus
  • Comfortable working with data and tracking performance metrics
  • Experience in onboarding merchants
