Merchant Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and develop merchant integration strategies aligned with market and partner needs
• Manage end-to-end integration processes from business agreements to production stability
• Translate business requirements into technical and operational requirements with Tech and Product teams
• Define and develop integration standards and collaboration models with integrators
• Manage the integration roadmap, implementation priorities, and partner scaling
• Oversee integration quality and stability including SLAs, incidents, and KPIs (GMV, automation %)
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Tech, Product, Onboarding, Sales, and Back Office teams
• Identify technical and operational risks and initiate optimization actions
• Manage business and operational cooperation with key integrators, including SLAs and contracts

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, integrations, SaaS platforms, or integrators
• Minimum 4 years of leadership or coordination experience
• Experience in cross-functional work and managing operational/quality KPIs
• Practical knowledge of API integrations, e-commerce systems, and SaaS solutions
• Ability to manage end-to-end processes, priorities, and change backlogs
• Strong organizational and communication skills for B2B and technical partner management
• Proficiency in data analysis and process identification
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automation or AI projects
• Participation in scaling operations or data flow optimization projects
• Knowledge of Jira, ticketing systems, and workflow tools
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale integration standards
