Merchant II, Marketplace Merchandising

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust merchandising strategies, including product lifecycle, pricing, flow, and distribution for Energy Footwear and Apparel.
• Partner with X-Sport and Sport merchandising teams to align on seasonal product needs and provide actionable marketplace insights.
• Collaborate with Commercial Growth partners to deliver seasonal priorities and differentiated, account-ready assortments.
• Partner with Planning to analyze weekly sales performance, consumer feedback, and competitor activity to drive financial targets.
• Work with Brand teams to ensure impactful brand storytelling and product presentation across the Global Marketplace.
• Support seasonal product line adoption, product launches, and key account initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, or Marketplace/Buying.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the Energy/Collab industry and market.
• Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-driven mindset with a strong eye for product and trend sensitivity.
