Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and acquire new merchants through active field sales and canvassing activities
• Conduct regular physical visits to retail shops, F&B outlets, and service providers
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, walk-ins, and networking
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective merchants
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities effectively
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates within CRM systems
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and acquisition targets

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or field sales
• Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and frequent face-to-face merchant visits
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with payment solutions, POS systems, fintech, or SaaS products is an advantage
