Merchant Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Evangelise Skimlinks and Connexity products to Merchants and cross-functional Networks
• Develop strategies to optimise Editorial Partners, Shopping tools, Cashback partners, and Influencers
• Present full funnel approaches to merchants to drive sustainable revenue growth
• Track and report on KPIs including revenue, clicks, conversions, and program ROI
• Provide strategic recommendations via Quarterly Business Reviews using data insights
• Collaborate with Publisher teams on proactive optimisation campaigns for sales events
• Cross-sell new traffic sources to increase incremental clicks and sales
• Work with Operations to ensure technical optimisation of programs
• Negotiate exclusive rates using various commercial models like CPC and flat fees
• Attend industry conferences to build and nurture merchant relationships

Requirements

• Account Management or Business Development experience
• Knowledge of online marketing channels including performance, display, PPC, and SEO
• Understanding of CPC and CPA cost models and publisher ecosystem KPIs
• Experience with BNPL and influencer marketing platforms
• Ability to work with technical teams on technology implementations
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work from the London office minimum three times per week
