Merchandising Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet brand visual standards.
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD), maximizing salesfloor and fitting room productivity.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and maintain brand standards.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, including floorset execution, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Recruit, hire, and train talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
• Analyze daily trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions and drive key KPIs.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales trends.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
• Knowledge of employment law and retail operational procedures.
