Merchandising Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet brand visual standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the merchandising team to ensure high-quality floorset execution and replenishment.
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to maximize salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
• Analyze daily sales trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions and drive key KPIs.
• Recruit, hire, and train talent to ensure the store is appropriately staffed and service standards are met.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and operational standards across all zones, including fitting rooms.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to performance standards.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze retail metrics.
• Excellent multitasking skills with high attention to detail and effective time management.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
