Merchandising Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet brand visual standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the merchandising team through real-time feedback and performance development.
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to maximize salesfloor and fitting room productivity.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including floorset execution, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality talent to meet business needs.
• Analyze daily sales trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions and drive key KPIs.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and operational excellence are maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to service standards.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze retail performance metrics.
• Excellent multitasking skills with high attention to detail and strong time management.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
• Understanding of general employment law and operational procedures.
