Merchandising Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet brand visual standards
• Lead, coach, and motivate the merchandising team through real-time feedback and performance reviews
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to maximize salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality talent to meet business needs
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and operational excellence are maintained
• Analyze daily trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions and drive KPIs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales trends
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail regarding visual standards and operational procedures
