Merchandising Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet brand visual standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the merchandising team through real-time feedback and performance development.
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to maximize salesfloor productivity and ensure a best-in-class guest experience.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising operations, including replenishment, sell-through adjustments, and floorset execution.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality talent to meet business needs and maintain service standards.
• Analyze daily sales trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions and drive key KPIs.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and operational standards to ensure a "guest-ready" environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to performance standards.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze retail metrics.
• Excellent multitasking skills with high attention to detail and strong time management.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours, including evenings and weekends.
