Merchandising Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize productivity.
• Coach and train the team on visual standards, floorset execution, and brand marketing.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to drive key KPIs and build guest loyalty.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent through ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze reporting and daily trends.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
