About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize productivity.
- Coach and train the team on visual standards, floorset execution, and brand marketing.
- Lead day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
- Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to drive key KPIs and build guest loyalty.
- Recruit, hire, and develop talent through ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
- Maintain store safety, asset protection, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze reporting and daily trends.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours.
